CLASSES

Training available for squad swimmers and Masters.

TRAINING DAYS

Competition squad train Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am-7.30am and Sunday 7am -9am.
New swimmers whom we hope to progress to competition squad train on Sunday 6pm - 7pm.
Masters train Monday 8pm - 10pm and some also train on Wednesday morning.We also run a Saturday session,10am - 11am, for any member wishing to attend for general training.Between 11am-12noon there is a mixture of courses and funtime.
